This person will be responsible for processing customer inquiries, following up with customers and tracking shipments. She will also be responsible for other tasks provided by the employer.

Responsibilities
-Answer customer questions by phone
-Take the necessary measures to answer their questions
-Schedule the pickup
-Enter orders into the system, data entry process
-Follow up on customer requests and address issues
-Create labels if necessary for tracking purposes
-Search for lost packages
-Other related tasks
Qualifications
-Impeccable customer service
-General knowledge in the field of transport
-Experience in problem solving
-Ability to work under pressure
-Autonomous, resourceful
-Someone who is good at multitasking
