Shift: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Salary: $22.00 hourly to start, moving to $22.20 after probationWe are currently recruiting an experienced Reach Truck Operator for our clientin Perth, Ontario.This is a hands-on warehouse position that combines reach truck operation with picking and packing, inventory movement, shipping and receiving, and other material handling responsibilities.What You'll Do

• Safely operate a reach truck to move, store and retrieve product
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Complete receiving, put-away, replenishment, staging and shipping activities
• Load and unload product as required
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to complete inventory transactions
• Verify products, quantities, labels and documentation
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory checks
• Identify and report discrepancies, damages or other concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse
• Support other material handling activities as operational needs require

• Previous reach truck operating experience
• Previous pick and pack experience
• Experience performing general warehouse and material handling duties
• Strong safety awareness and equipment operating skills
• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
