What we’re looking for…
At Showcase, the Part-Time Team Lead role will awaken and foster your entrepreneurial spirit. The successful candidate is a business developer with a hunger for growth and rewards. A natural leader who is able to wear many hats while managing, engaging and inspiring team members. Reporting to your Store Manager, you are responsible for the growth of top-line sales and provide an exceptional customer experience.
What you’ll be doing…
- Accountable for guiding and assisting in training top talent
- High level of passion and energy, while providing an expert level of product knowledge
- Create a fun and interactive atmosphere, including storefront demos
- Ensure the Team meets sales goals and key metrics
- Executing company standards in all store operations
What you’ll need to be successful…
- A minimum of 2 years experience with a successful track record in specialty retail, preferably mall-based retail (Required)
- An excellent communicator who is not afraid to be in front of an audience
- In tune with various social media platforms
- An effective coach who has the ability to inspire top performers
- Superior time management and organizational skills
- Flexible availability – including days, nights, weekends, holidays. Please note that open availability is mandatory for this particular role.
