About our Client
Our client provides services to 21 Municipalities, one Electoral Area, and one treaty First Nation. They are currently looking for an Property Management Clerk on a full-time temporary basis to join their Housing Financial Operations team in Burnaby from September 14th, 2026, until October 16th, 2026, with the possibility of extension. The shifts run from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, and the wage will be at a rate of $31.58 an hour. This is a 100% in-office position located at 4515 Central Blvd, Burnaby, BC, conveniently located across the street from Metrotown SkyTrain Station.
The Clerk will be responsible for processing payments, adjusting tenant ledgers, reconciling financial data, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to the Housing Financial Operations department. Previous administrative experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent attention to detail are mandatory. Accounts receivable or payment processing experience would be an asset.
