THE ROLE
As theSenior Manager/Manager,OmniAnalytics,you will:
Partner with stakeholders and cross functional partners to inform strategy, develop roadmaps and translate business requirements into clearly defined outputs such as analyses, dashboards and data models
Define measurement strategies and leverage advanced statistical techniques to deliver high-quality insights that drive business outcomes and improve decision-making
Effectively communicate complex insights to senior leadership, leveraging data visualization best practices and story telling
Deliver scalable dashboards, data models and reports to enable self-service analytics
Direct and mentor a high-performing team, providing technical leadership, fostering continuous professional growth and ensuring delivery excellence
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Senior Manager/Manager,Omni Analyticshas:
Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in:
Applying technical analytics expertise to business-facing contexts that drive impact
Collaborating with cross-functional partners to deeply understand business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions, insights and data models
SQL, Python or R
Digital analytics tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics or Quantum Metric
Modern data warehouses, with a preference forBigQuery
Leveraging AI to accelerate workflows, enhance insights and improve effectiveness
Coaching and developing data professionals
Retail or eCommerce experience is considered an asset.

THE COMPENSATION
At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $100,000-$300,000/year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
