  • Review designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure constructability and identify opportunities to improve construction efficiency.
  • Contribute to project estimates, scheduling, risk assessments, modularization, and construction readiness activities.
  • Coordinate with clients, engineering, procurement, project controls, and project management teams to support successful project delivery.
  • Develop construction staffing plans and provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to construction personnel.
  • Establish construction requirements for pre-fabrication, modularization, site logistics, and execution methodologies.
  • Support planning of shutdowns, tie-ins, commissioning interfaces, and brownfield construction activities.
  • Participate in workforce planning, contractor engagement, and labor strategy development.
  • Serve as the primary construction representative with clients and stakeholders, providing technical guidance and resolving construction-related issues.

  • Engineering degree, Construction Management degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong understanding of EPCM project delivery, including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational interfaces.
  • Demonstrated commitment to health and safety leadership and knowledge of applicable construction safety regulations and best practices.
  • Proven experience developing construction execution strategies, constructability reviews, and construction planning during engineering and design phases.
  • Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and team development skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, and client relationship management capabilities.
  • Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes and associated mechanical, civil, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
