Lacroix, a private medical practice, is thriving and is seeking a medical secretary for its Gstineau clinic!
You will report to the clinic manager, who will be a key resource to guide you, and you will have a team to support you!
You will play a key role on the team, and your collaboration will be essential! We will entrust you with our valued clients, ensuring they receive a warm and welcoming customer experience that meets Lacroix's high standards of professionalism, attentiveness, respect, and kindness. Join a dynamic team where your skills will be recognized and actively utilized! Responsibilities Greet clients; Answer telephone calls; Confirm patient appointments; Communicate service offerings and sell specific packages or healthcare services based on client needs; Record daily payments and perform necessary accounting follow-ups (POS, reports, etc.). Sales, etc.) Scanning test results or any other type of document; Scheduling specialist appointments; Various administrative and related tasks.Required Skills
