What You’ll Do: Web Analytics Implementation & Management: Implement, configure, and maintain web analytics tools including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate tagging and data layer integrity Monitor data quality and troubleshoot tracking issues to ensure accurate data collection Manage analytics implementations across Umbraco/ GA4 and other similar web platforms Stay current with analytics platform updates and best practices Reporting & Dashboard Development: Build and maintain real-time dashboards and automated reporting using Looker Studio and Salesforce reporting tools Connect various data sources, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Meta Ads, and Salesforce to visualize marketing and sales performance Create interactive, user-friendly dashboards that provide decision-ready insights Develop recurring reports for executive stakeholders and operational teams Design self-service reporting solutions for cross-functional teams Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze website, campaign, and funnel performance to identify trends, issues, and optimization opportunities Perform funnel analysis and attribution modeling to understand customer journeys Identify optimization opportunities and translate data into actionable recommendations Support A/B testing and multivariate testing initiatives with measurement frameworks Provide training and documentation on analytics tools and dashboards Support CRO initiatives by creating measurement plans, defining success metrics, and reporting on results Experience You’ll Bring: Professional Experience and Required Skills: 5-7 years of experience in web analytics, digital analytics, or reporting Demonstrated experience building & deploying dashboards in at least two reporting tools Experience integrating multiple data sources into unified reporting solutions Experience with Salesforce Pardot analytics or similar marketing automation platform strongly preferred GA4 AND Google Tag Manager Looker Studio or a similar dashboarding tool Power BI or Tableau Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas Web conversion tracking Digital marketing performance reporting Strongly Preferred: Salesforce Pardot Google Ads reporting Google Search Console Paid social reporting, including Meta and LinkedIn Data visualization and dashboard design A/B testing and CRO reporting Analytics Knowledge: Strong knowledge of conversion rate reporting, funnel analysis, and attribution Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics) is an asset Knowledge of digital marketing metrics and KPIs Experience with event tracking and pixel-based tracking implementations Nice to Have: Umbraco Engage (marketing personalization and analytics) Power BI or Tableau Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge Experience with data layer documentation Experience building executive-level marketing performance reports Replacement Role - The targeted compensation range for this position typically falls between $60,000 and $75,000 annually.
