Dexterra Group is launching a new NAI-affiliated commercial real estate brokerage in the GTA, creating an opportunity for an experienced Ontario Broker to become part of the foundation of a new business from the very beginning.
This is an opportunity to influence how a new brokerage is built without carrying responsibility for sales targets, business development activities or operational management.
What You'll Do
As Broker of Record, you'll provide the regulatory oversight, professional judgment and governance required to establish and maintain a compliant, professional and reputable brokerage operation. While business leaders will drive strategy, growth and day-to-day operations, you'll be the licensed authority helping ensure the business grows on a strong regulatory and ethical foundation.
Who We're Looking For
This role is ideal for an experienced Ontario Broker who enjoys being the trusted compliance and governance expert behind a successful brokerage. You are respected for your judgment, transparency and professionalism, and excited by the opportunity to help shape a new commercial real estate platform from the beginning.
