Position: Building Condition Assessor
About the Opportunity
This is a fixed-term, project-based opportunity with field work required in the Lac La Ronge area in
Saskatchewan over the period of September to December . Reporting to the Project Lead, the
Building Condition Assessor will perform comprehensive condition assessments on a variety of
residential property types for the purpose of identifying and reporting on building component
condition and lifespan status. This role works alongside a Junior Assessor on-site, and remotely with
a larger office-based team.

friendly, and able to communicate to home occupants without judgement. Cultural sensitivity and
respect when working in Indigenous communities is essential to success in this role.
