  • Serve as a primary liaison for internal stakeholders, vendors, and event partners, ensuring a seamless event experience.

  • Monitor project progress, manage event details, and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful execution.

  • Provide onsite event support, including coordination of suppliers, event logistics, and attendee experience.

  • Manage post-event activities, including surveys, reporting, budget reconciliation, invoice processing, and recommendations for future improvements.

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple events and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong knowledge of event planning principles, logistics management, budget tracking, and attendee engagement best practices.

  • Experience with event management and registration platforms such as Cvent or similar event technologies.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize competing deadlines, and exercise sound judgment in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes, develop solutions, and drive continuous process improvement.

  • Positive, proactive team player with a collaborative and flexible approach.

  • Bilingualism (English/French) is considered a strong asset.
