Project Objectives
The goal of the overall HR SuccessFactors Phase II project is to achieve improvements to the quality, efficiency, and sustainability of learning, recruiting, onboarding and employee engagement services for HRM to the highest standard of client services to HRM business units and employees.
The specific objectives of the Planning and Implementation portion of the HR SuccessFactors Phase II project are to :
Catalogue and analyze relevant artifacts from the initial HR Project under the SAP Business Foundations Program and determine gaps.
Other objectives :
Demonstrate progress while minimizing risk and complexity through phased deployments.
Improve business processes and efficiency while reducing manual processes associated with the solution components.
Support sound employee master data management through automated information exchange.
Identify opportunities for data cleanup and data quality improvement.
Provide all staff easy access through self-serve functionality and mobile capability.
Increase accountability through management checks, approvals and business rules while enhancing reporting and monitoring functions.
Improve decision-making through enhanced metrics and reporting capabilities.
Establish a foundation for long-term operational sustainability by enabling staff to manage and administer business rule configuration.
Define a solution architecture that supports efficient, scalable, and practical system integrations and preservation of master data management.
Provide staff and management with an adequate level of training and knowledge transfer to utilize the new technology effectively.
Improve functionality and enable new features reflecting industry best practices.
Improve reporting capability.
