HealthOPM is recruiting a Psychiatrist for a senior clinical leadership role at a growing addiction detoxification and rehabilitation treatment center in the UAE. This is a rare opportunity to shape a new psychiatric service from the ground up with full relocation and licensing support and a tax-free salary keep everything you earn.
Youll lead clinical governance oversee complex detox and dual-diagnosis case management and guide workforce development for the new service working closely with executive leadership to build safe evidence-based treatment pathways aligned with international best practice.

What youll need
Fluent Arabic speaker (required)
Medical degree (MD/DO) board certification in Psychiatry or Addiction Medicine
Minimum 5 years relevant experience
Experience in healthcare service development team leadership and regulated environments
Eligible for professional licensure/registration in your current country of practice
Start-up greenfield or service transformation experience an asset
Comfortable relocating internationally
