Join BMO as Director of the Insider Threat Program, strategizing to mitigate insider risks and strengthen operational resilience. This role demands comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity and fraud prevention. In this pivotal position, you will lead BMO's insider threat initiatives, focusing on governance and long-term strategy development. Collaborate with various stakeholders to create a response framework and foster a culture that prioritizes proactive risk mitigation across the Bank. Key Responsibilities: • Drive enterprise-wide insider threat strategy and governance • Enhance analytics capabilities for risk detection • Collaborate with multiple departments on threat integration • Oversee the investigative framework and response protocols • Promote best practices for insider threat prevention Requirements: • 10+ years in global banking or security fields • Track record of managing insider threat or security programs • Expertise in investigations and risk management • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills • Relevant certifications in security or risk management preferred Advance BMO's mission by effectively managing insider threats and protecting its assets. #J-18808-Ljbffr
