The City requires a Senior IBM Maximo Manage to provide hands-on functional configuration and implementation expertise for the Citys IBM Maximo Manage implementation for the Corporate Real Estate Management Division.
The specialist will support Maximo Manage design configuration data migration and integration design and build testing cutover/go-live preparation stabilization and knowledge transfer. At minimum the assignment will focus on facilities maintenance asset and location management service requests work management preventive maintenance inspections mobile work execution vendor/contractor processes security workflow reporting and SAP/SAP BTP integration touchpoints.

Must Haves: This is a Maximo Functional Consulting Role
10 years hands-on Maximo configuration experience including direct work in Organization site setup Application Designer Database Configuration Security Groups and related configuration of Maximo.
Successfully delivered minimum 3 full cycle Maximo implementations as Maximo application consultant (not end user or super user or project manager)
Proven experience configuring end-to-end Work Management in Maximo including:
