As a Senior Strategic Risk Advisor at Vanguard, play a crucial role in shaping risk practices across various divisions in a hybrid setting. Utilize your expertise to provide operational risk guidance and enhance enterprise risk culture. This position within the Global Risk and Security (GR&S) team pairs you with Chief Risk Officers to deliver strategic oversight and support the development of effective risk controls. You will promote a cohesive risk management approach that aligns with Vanguard's operational strategy while ensuring effective execution across regions. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee risk guidance and assurance for divisional partners • Measure and enhance the effectiveness of risk strategies • Identify, prioritize, and manage risk exposures vigilantly • Guide the creation and implementation of robust risk strategies • Foster relationships to understand and meet client risk needs Requirements: • Minimum eight years of risk management experience • Undergraduate degree or equivalent; graduate preferred • Strong strategic thinking and conceptual capabilities • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Bring your strategic risk management skills to Vanguard to foster a proactive risk environment and drive organizational success. #J-18808-Ljbffr
