Senior Litigation Associate Administrative and Public Law
WeirFoulds is seeking a senior litigation associate to join our thriving Regulatory Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have:
The successful candidate will work with our experienced team of lawyers on a variety of challenging and diverse civil litigation and administrative and public law matters including professional regulation and discipline cases judicial reviews of government and regulatory decision-making human rights and access to information and privacy matters. Our lawyers represent professional regulatory colleges regulatory authorities universities Crown corporations owner-managed businesses and private foundations.

As such it is essential for applicants to be self-starters dedicated to entrepreneurialism including client service client development and the building and strengthening of client relationships.
