Become invaluable to Michaels as the Custom Framing Department Manager in Ottawa. Shape customer experiences by delivering top-notch framing solutions and maintaining a friendly store atmosphere. At the Ottawa-Train Yards location, you will lead the custom framing department and directly impact customer satisfaction. This management role requires effective communication, strong leadership, and the ability to execute SOPs while training new team members. Your creative solutions and dedication to sales will enhance the customer shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: • Create custom framing solutions for customers • Maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store • Provide timely and high-quality framing orders • Ensure compliance with cash handling and safety practices • Mentor and train team members effectively Requirements: • Basic computer and measuring skills • Competence in using framing equipment • Extensive retail experience preferred • Ability to engage customers and promote services • Physical capability to lift and stand for extended periods Make a difference in customer service and framing quality with Michaels today. #J-18808-Ljbffr
