Job description
Become invaluable to Michaels as the Custom Framing Department Manager in Ottawa. Shape customer experiences by delivering top-notch framing solutions and maintaining a friendly store atmosphere. At the Ottawa-Train Yards location, you will lead the custom framing department and directly impact customer satisfaction. This management role requires effective communication, strong leadership, and the ability to execute SOPs while training new team members. Your creative solutions and dedication to sales will enhance the customer shopping experience.
