Take on a pivotal role as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Aecon, supporting the Hamilton LRT project. Engage in full-cycle recruitment while promoting diversity in sourcing practices. In this hybrid position, you will report to the Manager of Talent Acquisition and lead efforts in recruiting for the Utilities and Civil division. Your expertise in building candidate relationships and leveraging recruitment data will enhance Aecon's talent acquisition strategies. Engage actively with hiring managers to fulfill their staffing needs effectively.
