Take on a pivotal role as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Aecon, supporting the Hamilton LRT project. Engage in full-cycle recruitment while promoting diversity in sourcing practices. In this hybrid position, you will report to the Manager of Talent Acquisition and lead efforts in recruiting for the Utilities and Civil division. Your expertise in building candidate relationships and leveraging recruitment data will enhance Aecon's talent acquisition strategies. Engage actively with hiring managers to fulfill their staffing needs effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract candidates • Consult on recruitment risks and labor market insights • Coordinate onboarding processes with HR • Promote an inclusive hiring culture aligned with Aecon's values Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years in recruitment and 3 years in leadership roles • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently • Background in engineering or infrastructure preferred Contribute to shaping an inclusive workplace culture through strategic talent acquisition at Aecon. #J-18808-Ljbffr
