Required Skills:
Diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety Construction Management or a related field or equivalent experience 5 - 8 years of progressive health & safety experience on ICI construction projects Experience working on institutional or operational facilities (e.g. hospitals schools government transit) Demonstrated leadership experience on large multi-trade construction sites Advanced working knowledge of Ontario OHSA Construction Projects Regulation and ICI industry best practices Valid Working at Heights certification Strong incident investigation and hazard analysis experience Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder engagement skills Proficiency in safety reporting systems audits and compliance documentation CRSP CHSO NCSO or equivalent professional certification an asset
