Who You Will Work With:

The vacantCX/UX Researcher (Fixed-Term 12 months) rolewillreport to the Head Strategy.

The CX/UX Researcher is responsible for understanding customer needs behaviours and pain points and translating those insights into actionable recommendations that improve products services and end-to-end experiences.

You will work at the intersection of research design and product ensuring decisions are grounded in evidencenot assumptionsand that customer insights meaningfully shape product outcomes.

What YouWillDo:

Research Planning & Execution

• Lead end-to-end research initiatives including usability testing and interviews

• Develop research plans methodologies and artifacts

• Recruit and engage targeted users

Insight Generation & Storytelling

• Analyze and synthesize research data into actionable insights

• Translate findings into recommendations

• Deliver decision-ready outputs

Design Enablement

• Create personas journey maps and UX artifacts

• Embed research into design and product lifecycle

Collaboration & Delivery

• Partner with product design and engineering teams

• Integrate user feedback into development

CX Advocacy & Practice Growth

• Champion research practices across the organization

• Share best practices and provide research leadership in a cross-functional environment

WhatYou Bring:

• 3 years of CX/UX research experience

• Degree in relevant field (e.g. psychology UX anthropology)

• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods

• Strong storytelling and communication skills

• Experience working cross-functionally

• Eligibility to work for Interac Canada in a full-time capacity.
