About the Role
We are hiring a Staffing Coordinator in Mississauga. We seek energetic customer-focused individuals with a sales mindset to match temporary associates with client needs and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit interview and place temporary associates.
Supervise and support associates on assignment.
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance.
Ensure client satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
Source candidates via recruitment channels and social media.
Conduct background checks.
Qualifications
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
Minimum two years experience in staffing HR or a related field.
Knowledge of employment laws (training provided).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
