Rather than inheriting decisions made by others youll be at the table from the outset working alongside Development and Executive Leadership to influence how projects are designed budgeted and delivered.

This isnt a traditional pre-construction role its a strategic leadership position.
Youll lead the entire pre-construction function guiding projects from early concept through procurement and construction readiness while building a high-performing team and helping shape the companys future growth.
Working from one or both of the companys offices in eitherdowntown Toronto or west GTA youll enjoy the pace and agility of a privately owned organisation where ideas are valued bureaucracy is minimal and decisions happen quickly.
