    • Coordinate cross‑timezone communication, manage requirement priorities, follow up on development progress, and ensure on‑time delivery that meets local quality standards.
    • Screen and evaluate local business suppliers (payment channels, KYC/AML compliance service providers, etc.).
    • Assist in negotiating business contracts and technical interfaces to ensure stable integration of third‑party services into the trading system.
  3. Vendor Management
    • Screen and evaluate local business suppliers (payment channels, KYC/AML compliance service providers, etc.).

  4. Market Growth and Go‑to‑Market and Marketing Support
    • Empower the marketing team from a product perspective and assist in formulating Go‑to‑Market promotion strategies.
  5. KOL and Community Operations
    • Connect with local financial KOLs and provide professional content support.
    • Participate in online/offline user lectures (Webinars/Seminars) as a product expert to answer users’ questions about trading mechanisms and platform functions.

Must‑Haves

  • Industry Knowledge: 5+ years of experience in the finance/FinTech industry with deep understanding of Canadian securities trading rules (US stocks, Canadian stocks, options, ETFs, etc.).
  • Professional Knowledge: Extensive personal investment experience, familiarity with the Canadian investment business system, and basic knowledge of taxation and compliance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent cross‑cultural communication skills; able to liaise seamlessly with headquarters technical teams and local English‑speaking partners.
  • Product Thinking: Keen business acumen and logical reasoning; capable of deriving product solutions from business objectives.

Nice‑to‑Have

  • Licensing Qualifications: Hold CSC (Canadian Securities Course), CPH, or other CIRO related professional licenses.
  • Product Experience: Experience designing Internet Brokerage App products or familiarity with back‑end logic of C‑end trading software.
  • Trading Experience: Active trading of US/Canadian stocks and hands‑on experience with options or other derivatives.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and performance‑based incentives.
  • Opportunities for professional growth in a fast‑growing fintech company.
  • Beautiful office space in mid‑town Toronto with stunning city views.
  • Work in a company that is a global leader in online brokerage and wealth management.
