Become the Compensation Lead in a premier Canadian consulting firm based in Toronto. This position emphasizes strategic client advisory without the constraints of micromanagement. As the leader of compensation consulting, you will advise senior leadership on critical pay strategies and help guide significant organizational decisions. This role blends your skills in compensation benchmarking with a broad human capital perspective, while also fostering the development of junior consultants. You will have the opportunity to establish a meaningful presence in the Canadian market. Key Responsibilities: • Lead diverse compensation consulting projects • Provide insights on executive pay and incentive structures • Conduct comprehensive job evaluations and benchmarking • Ensure alignment with Canadian pay equity laws • Mentor and develop junior team members in compensation Requirements: • 10 to 15+ years of relevant consulting experience • Expertise in compensation strategies and analysis • Strong existing client relationships preferred • Proven experience in coaching junior consultants • Technical proficiency with HR platforms and AI This role encourages you to fully exercise your compensation expertise in a flexible and empowering environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
