Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Powder Coating Spray Painter position located in Mississauga, ON, working the night shift at a rate of $25-35 per hour. The Powder Coating Spray Painter will prepare surfaces for coating, including cleaning, masking, plugging, and hanging parts on the line according to specifications. The role involves setting up and operating powder coating spray equipment, adjusting spray guns, and applying coatings to achieve proper coverage, thickness, and finish. The individual will inspect coated parts for defects, perform touch-ups or rework as needed, and follow quality control standards and work orders. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and safe work area, performing basic equipment checks, and following all safety and environmental procedures related to coatings and materials.
