Description de poste
Are you looking for the chance to work 100% from home while utilizing your organizational, collaboration, and patient-service skills?
Do you want to join a leader in the pharmaceutical industry and support patients to ensure they can get the specialty medications they require to live a better life?

Language Requirement Notice: Our Client operates across Canada. This company takes all reasonable means to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires this where it is necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to fulfil these job duties. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluently bilingual in both French and English (oral and written) to support a national patient base.
Please note that for this specific role, candidates must currently reside in Quebec (QC) or New Brunswick (NB).

We are currently hiring dedicated Bilingual Caseworkers for full-time, permanent remote opportunities. In this role, you will navigate complex reimbursement processes, engage in conversations with a can-do attitude and deep empathy, and ensure that patients come first.

🚨 CRITICAL PREREQUISITES TO APPLY:

Your resume must clearly demonstrate exact experience managing complex cases, including navigating public/private insurance funding, benefit investigations, special authorizations, and appeals. You must also be legally eligible to work full-time in Canada and possess a 5/5 bilingual proficiency in French and English.

Mandatory Pre-Screening Questionnaire

To apply, you must submit your resume AND email your responses to the following questionnaire directly to brittany.thomas@randstad.ca.

Please note: You must meet all the criteria outlined below to be considered. If you do not meet these requirements, please do not submit an application. Only shortlisted talent who match the criteria will be contacted after a review of their resume and questionnaire.

(RESUME needs to have accurate data for each employment start (month/year) - end (month/year) for EACH EMPLOYMENT.)

1- Exact Address: Please provide your full, detailed home address.
