Adaptability – We recognize that sustained success demands that we be malleable and purposefully evolve, acknowledging that the world is dynamic and constantly changing.

About You:

You’re a natural relationship builder who thrives on helping others succeed through successful software implementation. You enjoy guiding customers through new systems, translating business needs into platform configuration, breaking down complex technical processes into simple steps, and celebrating their wins along the way. Organization and communication come easily to you: you can juggle multiple priorities while still keeping clients informed and confident. You’re adaptable in a fast-moving environment, curious about technology, and motivated by the opportunity to make a real impact on people’s businesses and lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead clients through a seamless implementation and onboarding journey, ensuring timelines are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Deliver personalized online product training as part of the implementation process, tailored to the client’s business needs, empowering them to confidently use WellnessLiving in their day-to-day operations.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing proactive communication and clear progress updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve implementation and onboarding challenges and continuously improve the client experience.
  • Manage support tickets and issues with urgency, always maintaining a solutions-first mindset.
  • Coordinate efforts to transition customers smoothly from previous systems or to new implementations.
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism and embody the core values of WellnessLiving, ensuring a positive and impactful experience for all customers.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, or account management, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build trust and strong relationships with customers.
  • An active, empathetic listener, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple clients and projects at once.
  • Creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Comfortable working with tools such as Microsoft 365 (including intermediate Microsoft Excel skills), CRMs (Zoho, Salesforce), and ticket/project management systems.

Why Work With Us?

  • Work with a passionate, dynamic, and fast-growing team dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the wellness industry.
  • Competitive salary, vacation, and benefits package.
  • Remote work environment with opportunities for career growth and development.
  • Work in a culture that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Please note that only those selected for an interview will be contacted.

We appreciate you taking the time and look forward to reviewing your application!
