We are also engaged in a new partnership to support a satellite clinic in Fort Erie and are seeking a Family Physician interested in supporting care in Fort Erie starting 1 day per week, with the remainder of their practice based in St. Catharines.
Within the Primary Care Team, the Family Physician will work as part of an interdisciplinary care team that includes Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurse, Registered Practical Nurse, Social Worker, and Medical Administration Assistants.
