What will your typical day look like?

By joining our team, you will contribute to our shared success and that of our clients. As a key member of our Intelligent Content Solutions practice, you will support clients in the scoping, design, and implementation of content services solutions. You'll collaborate closely with team members, participate in sales cycles, and contribute to the delivery and growth of our practice. You'll have the opportunity to work on various projects, engage directly with clients, and deliver services with quality. Your passion for emerging technologies will help you adapt to various roles and client needs. You will assist in advancing the business by helping clients identify their needs, contribute to deliverables, provide recommendations, and participate in practice development efforts.

You will deliver client mandates and contribute to advisory services, while learning and leveraging industry best practices. Working with our diverse team of professionals, you will help ensure client satisfaction, while we support your career growth and skills development. About the team

Our Intelligent Content Solutions practice helps clients with their end-to-end journey from upfront strategy through to implementation and operations. In this role, you will help build our sales pipeline, engage clients to present Deloitte's thought leadership, educate them on the "art of possible," and advise them on implementing solutions and business processes that achieve tangible outcomes. You will work with industry experts, business stakeholders, and project delivery teams in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You will have opportunities to grow as a professional and mentor others on their career path. We work with different vendors in the marketplace to bring the right solutions and capabilities to our clients. Enough about us, let's talk about you

You are someone who is:

  • Experienced in leading teams through client delivery, RFP/RFI and day to day operations processes.
  • Experienced with OpenText Content Server/Content Suite/Extended ECM as a developer or administrator.
  • Experienced with one or more of: Content Server, xECM for SAP, Info Archive, Document Presentment (Exstream).
  • Exposure and/or experience in one of the following subject areas is an asset:
    o Content services strategy
    o Data archiving
    o Technology innovation ideation, evaluation, and adoption
    o Enterprise architecture
    o User Experience (UX)
  • 7-10 years of hands-on technology implementation experience, including some or all of:
    o OpenText Script development
    o OpenText Technology: Content Server, Archive Center/Server, Directory Services
    o OpenText application components: web reports, live reports, forms, form templates, workflows
    o SAP ABAP development
    o Object oriented programming, preferably Java or .NET
    o Front-End (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) development
    o Web Services (REST, SOAP) development
  • Experience with various aspects of technology solution implementation, such as:
    o Technical specification development
    o Feature implementation and unit testing
    o COTS software platform installation and configuration with specific experience around OpenText applications
    o Data / information model development
    o Data / content migration
  • Knowledge of data integration tools and platforms such as Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), OpenTextMagellan Integration Center or similar
  • Understanding of relational DB fundamentals including data modelling and design, and performance troubleshooting
  • Understanding of web application technologies and architectures
  • OpenText certifications will be considered an asset
  • Able to conceive and communicate new ideas and conceptualize innovative approaches and solutions
  • Bilingualism (English, French) will be considered an asset
  • College, bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with specialization in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or other IT related disciplines

Quebec Locations: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
