We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead field operations on active heavy civil construction projects across British Columbia. This role is ideal for a driven professional who is committed to delivering work safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, and who is motivated to grow with a company built on integrity, collaboration, and innovation.
Dent specializes in delivering EPC projects exceeding $100 million. Supported by a workforce of more than 250 skilled professionals, we have the capability and expertise to successfully execute projects of virtually any scale. Opportunities are available for seasoned heavy civil Project Managers interested in working on project sites throughout British Columbia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overall project performance, including cost control, scheduling, quality, reporting, and client satisfaction on moderate to high-complexity heavy civil projects. The Project Manager oversees daily site operations, coordinates field teams, and drives safe, efficient execution. This role requires strong heavy civil experience, clear communication, and proven leadership to deliver projects on time and on budget.
