ABOUT THE ROLE

As an AI Adoption Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in helping law firms unlock the full potential of LEAP’s AI-powered solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, you will guide clients throughout their journey—from onboarding and training to long-term adoption and success. You will work closely with legal professionals to understand their workflows, drive meaningful engagement with our AI capabilities, and ensure they realize measurable value from the platform.

This role combines customer success, training, relationship management, and product advocacy. You will collaborate across teams to share client insights, influence product development, and continuously enhance the customer experience. If you are passionate about emerging technology, enjoy building strong client relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, this is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of AI in the legal industry.

Being part of LEAP means contributing to a team that values progress, collaboration, and high standards. We’re driven by the belief that great technology should feel like a natural extension of the way lawyers work, not something that slows them down. If you’re motivated by building purposeful products and want to play a role in modernizing legal practice, you’ll fit right in here.

ABOUT LEAP

LEAP is the leading provider of Legal Practice Productivity Solutions in the world and is part of ATI – one of the largest international LegalTech companies. Working alongside our international team of passionate high achievers, you’ll join a fast-growing technology business where things seldom stay the same for long. With more than 1000 smart, caring and ambitious ‘LEAPsters’ working together across Australia, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Poland and New Zealand, you’ll be in good company here.

At LEAP, we’re focused on one thing: helping the lawyers who help people. We build software designed specifically for legal professionals, shaped by real-world insight and continuous collaboration with the people who rely on it every day. Our approach is simple; work closely with our clients, listen carefully, and build solutions that genuinely make a difference in practice.

Our platform brings everything a firm needs into one place, making it easier to manage matters, streamline documents, stay compliant, and keep finances in check. But it’s more than efficiency. It’s about giving lawyers the clarity and control they need to make smarter decisions and deliver better outcomes for their clients.

LEAP is trusted by thousands of firms around the world, and that trust comes from consistently evolving alongside the industry. We’re always improving, always refining, and always looking for ways to make legal work more seamless and effective.
