Join Agentis Capital Advisors as a Managing Director in Infrastructure M&A Advisory, focusing on driving strategic client engagement and transaction management. Utilize your expertise to guide the advisory practice forward. In this leadership role, you will be crucial to maintaining senior client relationships while mentoring your team in deal execution. Your proven history of successful business development and deep sector expertise will empower you to lead a high-performing advisory practice focused on infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: • Pursue new business aligned with the firm's growth vision • Lead presentations to secure client mandates and revenue • Manage key relationships with institutional investors • Provide strategic M&A and financing counsel • Supervise end-to-end deal execution to align with expectations Requirements: • At least 10 years in investment banking focused on infrastructure • Experience in origination and business development • Strong technical and communication skills • Ability to thrive under pressure with strict deadlines • Willingness to travel as required Drive significant results in investment banking leadership and make a lasting impact at Agentis Capital Advisors. #J-18808-Ljbffr
