This permanent full-time opportunity focuses on providing specialized psychological services to first responders, veterans, and individuals experiencing operational stress injuries (OSI), trauma-related conditions, workplace psychological injuries, and complex mental health challenges.

As part of a collaborative clinical environment, you will deliver evidence-based assessment and treatment services while working alongside an integrated team of rehabilitation and healthcare professionals. • Training in evidence-based trauma therapies such as EMDR, CPT, PE, or trauma-focused CBT strongly preferred
  • Strong psychological assessment and psychometric interpretation skills
  • Experience preparing clinical reports and treatment documentation
  • Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare environment
  • Strong ethical standards, cultural sensitivity, and client-centered care approach
  • Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and case management skills

Benefits

This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a highly respected rehabilitation and psychological health organization known for supporting first responders, veterans, and individuals facing complex mental health challenges.

You’ll join a collaborative and psychologically healthy workplace culture that prioritizes clinical excellence, professional development, and work-life balance. The organization provides strong peer support, employer-funded continuing education, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to contribute to innovative rehabilitation and trauma recovery programs.

Beyond the professional opportunity, the role is based in the beautiful Okanagan region of British Columbia, offering an exceptional lifestyle with access to lakes, mountains, outdoor recreation, and a vibrant community atmosphere.

For psychologists seeking purpose-driven clinical work, long-term professional growth, and the ability to support meaningful recovery outcomes, this is an outstanding opportunity within a specialized and supportive care environment.
