Join Our Dynamic Team as a Facility Manager! Are you passionate about delivering excellence, driving innovation, and making a real impact? We're seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Facility Manager to join our team, where you'll play a vital role in maximizing customer satisfaction and delivering top-quality services. What You’ll Do: - Drive exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence by effectively managing teams, vendors, equipment, and facility resources. - Lead exciting projects and innovative programs, ensuring they align with business priorities and ISS global/local standards. - Identify and champion best practices, bringing innovative solutions from concept to successful implementation. - Foster collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals and seamless project rollouts. Who You Are: - A proven professional with 4+ years of facilities management experience (supervisory experience preferred). - Ideally holding a Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or a related field (experience in Pharma Manufacturing is a bonus!). - Tech-savvy, highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint). - Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of excelling independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Bilingual skills are a plus!
