Summary

Deloitte is seeking HCM Technical Reporting Consultant to join our team on a 1 year fixed term engagement. In this role, you will support the development of reporting and analytics solutions across HR and payroll domains, enabling meaningful insights and supporting enterprise decision making.

Eligibility for Reliability Status security clearance is required for this role.
Bachelor’s degree is mandatory for this role.

What will your typical day look like?

  • Design, build, and enhance custom reports and analytics solutions supporting HR and payroll operations
  • Leverage platform reporting and analytics tools to deliver accurate, timely, and meaningful insights
  • Partner with functional and technical teams to understand reporting requirements across HR, payroll, and workforce processes
  • Support data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities to ensure reporting accuracy
  • Maintain and optimize reporting artifacts in alignment with evolving business and operational needs
  • Assist with troubleshooting reporting issues and supporting ongoing operational reporting requirements

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone with the following skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • 3+ years of strong technical expertise in HR and payroll reporting, with hands on experience building custom reports and analytics
  • Proven ability to work with HCM reporting tools and data structures to support enterprise reporting needs
  • Experience supporting reporting requirements across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time, Absence, or Workforce domains
  • Strong understanding of data validation, reconciliation, and data quality principles
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with functional, technical, and business stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail


It would be great for you to have some of these nice to haves as well:

  • Experience with Dayforce reporting and analytics tools
  • Exposure to delivered analytics, dashboards, and advanced reporting frameworks
  • Experience supporting HR or payroll reporting in large, complex organizations
  • Prior experience working in security cleared or regulated environments

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
