POSITION SUMMARY
:The Regional Coordinator Volunteer Services is responsible for the delivery of quality volunteer services in Prairie Mountain Health. The Regional Coordinator Volunteer Services fosters/facilitates interdisciplinary, collaborative relationships within the facilities and programs to ensure a high standard of patient / resident care is delivered in accordance with the Manitoba Health Personal Care Home Standards and Accreditation Canada recommendations. The responsibilities of the Regional Coordinator encompass the domains of coordination, leadership, planning, organizing, program development, communication, resource management, advancement of knowledge, and continuous quality improvement. The Regional Coordinator Volunteer Services functions in a confidential capacity in matters relating to labour relations.
