Job Description
What is the opportunity?Reporting to the Director, Sourcing Solutions Desk, this position is responsible for leading a team of three who provides (i) support across RBC for high volume sourcing engagement activity that are typically low complexity and of lower spend threshold; (ii) support the broader Global Procurement organization with Sourcing events managed through the enterprise Procurement platform.Central to roles is the opportunity to act as coach and mentor to our team of sourcing analysts who are building their sourcing acumen and capabilities. This role provides the opportunity to constantly optimize and deliver efficiency in our competitive sourcing process including the development of new procedures to improve self-service options and user experience.The ideal candidate will leading by example and build a team of master procurement professionals with the ability to quickly adapt to any circumstance.What will you do?Address:
