THE ROLE
This is a hands-on HR role built for people who build things. You will be embedded inside client teams, trusted to make decisions, and expected to get work done. This role focuses on designing organizations for the future of work combining organizational design, HR execution, and technology to scale efficiently.
You understand that modern organizations are not built from one workforce model. You know how to design structures that blend fractional professionals, permanent employees, contractors, and embedded specialists into cohesive, functional teams and know how to work with clients to determine and implement the best possible outcomes for them.
Client relationships are the job. You represent us in every interaction, and you treat each client’s engagement as a long-term partnership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement HR infrastructure for organizations at various stages (from start ups to scaling teams).
- Build HR programs supporting the entire employee life cycle.
- Experience in implementing HR stacks to ensure clients run in the most efficient manner and keep the HR function strategic and ensure high impact. Architect organizational structures that integrate permanent employees with fractional roles.
- Advise clients on when and how to deploy fractional talent vs. building permanent capacity.
- Own implementation end-to-end.
- Ensure and lead full-cycle recruitment.
- Navigate ambiguity inside client organizations with confidence and adaptability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned client portfolio.
- Build trust quickly and maintain it over time.
- Identify and surface opportunities to deepen the engagement or expand the company's support.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- 5+ years of related experience.
- Strong organizational design experience
- Hands-on experience with HR tech stacks
- Experience in multi-client environments.
- Strong communication and business acumen.
- Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable.
- Think like a partner, not an employee.
- Client-first mentality.
- Excited about the future of work and fractional models.
Hours, cadence, and deliverables are defined per client. You can carry out multiple engagements simultaneously.
