You will serve as product manager for our Digital Identity Operate offering, maintaining and evolving the offering definition, roadmap, and market positioning. To do so you'll partner with other Digital Identity and Cyber/Operate leaders, both in Global and in Member Firms, to understand and prioritize market requirements/feedback as well as to communicate and share updates.

  • Develop and maintain reference architectures as well as transformation approach that meets clients where they are while bringing them on a journey to target state.
  • Develop and maintain a clear strategy for accelerating outcomes for clients using Deloitte identity assets, such as:
    • Digital Identity Service Center, Deloitte's differentiated platform that integrates with clients' existing identity platforms to solve business problems at speed/scale.
    • Deloitte's turnkey, pre-configured IAM/PAM/AM solution built on SailPoint, CyberArk, and ForgeRock, for clients requiring rapid deployment of new tools to address these needs.
  • Support leaders in developing and maintaining pricing models that reflect the value, efficiency, and differentiated nature of Deloitte's Digital Identity Operate services.
  • Own and maintain sales materials, messaging, and positioning, ensuring they are current, consistent, and aligned to Deloitte's identity strategy, reference architecture, and delivery model.
  • Collaborate with pursuit teams to ensure the Digital Identity offering is clearly articulated and consistently positioned across geographies and client opportunities.
