Description de posteJob Description In this role, the individual will be responsible for developing and refreshing cyber security awareness training on a quarterly basis to ensure content remains current, engaging, and aligned with evolving security risks. They will regularly design and update training materials that cover key topics such as phishing, safe remote working practices, mobile device security, and the proper handling of sensitive and PII data.
On a monthly basis, they will deliver security awareness training sessions to employees, both virtually and in person, tailoring messaging to suit a broad, non‑technical audience. This includes presenting content confidently to large groups, facilitating virtual instructor‑led training (VILT) sessions, and clearly communicating key security messages in an accessible, easy‑to‑understand manner. The role also involves translating technical security concepts into plain language to drive awareness, understanding, and behavioural change across the organization.

Skills and Requirements
7-15+ years of experience working within training and development
Training and developing content for Cyber Security Awareness for large enterprises
Deep understanding of concepts such as phishing, mobile device security, handling P.I.I data, remote working safety
Developing and delivering presentations
Developing online training modules within a VILT classroom session
Creation of an online training / course development
Translate security terminology to laymen’s language for their audience
Excellent PowerPoint skills and able to deliver key messages to a large audience virtual and in-person
Excellent communication skills
