Intern, Partnerships - LATAM

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Intern, Partnerships - LATAM to join our Commercial team. This role will be based in our Head Office, located in Liberty Village. This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

Start Date - Monday May 11th, 2026

End Date - Friday August 28th, 2026

PAY RANGE

The anticipated base salary for this position is $22.00 per hour.

Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.

WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

• Support Business Development for LATAM to optimize efficiency, profitability, and cross-functional communication.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of the LATAM Expansion and new retailer launch initiatives.
• Monitor and track all affiliate/retailer key initiatives, and provide support for the execution of marketing, promotional, and visual merchandising programs.
• Support in cascading information related to new product launches, product information, updates on price adjustments and go-to-market tools.
• Monitor retailer partners and competitors to gather market insights and intelligence, benchmark performance, and identify commercial opportunities.
• Support account reporting and performance analysis, including sales, product performance and market insights, and ensure reporting is updated and complete.
• Proactively manage essential administrative tasks to support process improvements, and ensure the timely organization and availability of team resources and materials.
• All other duties as assigned.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

• Excellent knowledge of the office pack with a strong suit for Excel and Google Slides/Google Sheets.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills both written and oral with the ability to work with all levels of team members across various departments.
• Problem solver, negotiator, and ability to take ownership.
• Strategic thinker, with extensive ability to operationalize, leveraging excellence in time management, demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, managing conflicting priorities and tight deadlines in an unstructured environment.
