Our Prince George office is hiring Managers for our Private Enterprise practice. You can expect exposure to a variety of clients such as manufacturing, retail, construction, financial services, technology, healthcare and more.

KPMG's Private Enterprise practice helps clients manage risk so they can focus on their core businesses. By intimately understanding the client's business, we convert information into insights to uncover hidden opportunities to improve client efficiency and performance.

What you will do

• Lead audit engagements from planning through completion
• Apply KPMG's audit methodologies and accounting standards
• Build strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service
• Supervise, coach, and support audit team members
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve business goals
• Identify opportunities to enhance client processes and controls
• Contribute to practice development and innovation
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting for all engagements
• Act as a Performance Manager to staff

What you bring to the role

• Canadian CPA designation or international equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in public practice accounting
• Proficiency in PSAS, ASPE, ASNPO and IFRS
• Strong client service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience leading teams and supporting professional development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to business growth

KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information
The expected base salary range for this position is $67,500 to $126,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills, & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
