Base Pay Range

About the Role:
We’re seeking a motivated and bilingual recruiter who excels in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment. This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives under pressure, and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone.
As a Bilingual Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and engaging top talent across a variety of roles through cold calling, networking, and direct outreach. You’ll play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a smooth hiring process from first contact to onboarding — all while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, team-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a high volume of open roles.
- Conduct extensive cold calling and outbound outreach to identify and attract passive candidates.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates in both English and French across multiple job functions.
- Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to fill roles quickly in a fast-moving, high-demand environment.
- Track activity and maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience while meeting ambitious hiring goals.
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and online recruitment platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing — preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment.
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
- Proven success conducting cold calls and proactive sourcing to engage passive candidates.
- Comfortable managing multiple requisitions and tight deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
- Energetic, goal-oriented, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
