In your role as Senior Sales Associate, you will:

• Create brand awareness, fuel the buzz, and drive traffic in your studios community.
• Collaborate closely with the Assistant Studio Manager, assisting in day-to-day operations and member engagement.
• Get to know your members by name and provide exceptional service.
• Step in when your manager is unavailable and collaborate to achieve shared goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
• Present the OTF concept to potential customers, also known as intros.
• Handle front desk duties, including answering phones and assisting members with inquiries.
• Generate leads and drive traffic to the studio.
• Conduct studio tours for prospective members.
• Work closely with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout.
• Promote and sell memberships to support studio growth.
• Follow up with prospective clients to encourage membership enrollment.
• Address members concerns professionally and objectively, aiming for resolution.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote the studio.
• Ensure all areas of the studio are clean and organized.
