Description de posteAutomation Design : Build and maintain automation frameworks using Ansible and Python to streamline operational processes. Tool Integration : Automate integrations with tools like ServiceNow, Dynatrace, and SolarWinds for incident management and monitoring. Batch Automation : Automate batch processes using tools like Informatica and Control-M to enhance efficiency and reliability. Monitoring & Alerts : Implement automated monitoring and alert systems using tools like Dynatrace and Splunk. Configuration Management : Use Ansible and Terraform for infrastructure configuration and automation across environments. Strong background in Quality Assurance Engineering. Experience in manual and automated testing in Agile environments. Hands-on experience with API testing tools and frameworks. Strong SQL and database testing skills. Experience with test automation frameworks. Knowledge of non-functional testing (performance, security, scalability). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to balance technical expertise with business and delivery priorities. Digital : Pega / Core Java / Selenium. Experience in Pega. Experience in Selenium with Java, BDD Automation Framework. Responsible for creation of test automation strategy, collaborate with enterprise on the right framework selection and implement at a portfolio level using best practices, automation tools stack, and coordinate multiple teams with requirement clarification and automation approach. Develop an automated testing solution with a focus on optimized test coverage. Experience working with software delivery methodologies (Agile). Experience with HP ALM, JIRA and Confluence. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently, soliciting requirements and connecting with project stakeholders without much direction. ReadyAPI (API testing). Katalon or Selenium (UI testing). Good communication skills and team player. Knowledge of French Language (for UI Testing) – Nice to have. 3+ years of experience in API testing (ReadyAPI). Good UI testing experience using Katalon or Selenium. Develop automated tests to be used as part of Continuous Integration Framework; ability to integrate tests with different tools. Experience using software / API testing tools and programming languages such as ReadyAPI (SoapUI Pro), Git, Java, Groovy Script, Selenium, Jenkins, SQL Developer, JIRA and Confluence. Responsible for QA testing of RESTful API (JSON). Strong understanding of application specifications, writing test plans and executing them. Good knowledge of Quality assurance processes. Work experience in Agile environment. Domain knowledge and work experience in Banking and Payments processes. Knowledge of French Language (required for UI Testing). Automated QA – TestComplete Selenium Help with and implement our QA Architectural Artifacts. All testing systems, their feedback loops and mechanisms, logging, reporting and interconnectivity. Process artifacts that detail how, where and why quality controls and test mechanisms exist across the entire SDLC Implementation level architecture for good, scalable and maintainable testing strategies across disparate use cases (Web, Mobile, Data Engineering, AI etc.). Contribute to and maintain our org wide Architecture Decision Records. Enable the team to live our QA Engineering Policies, Procedures and Standards. Backend tooling, frameworks, their application, quality gating and measurement. Technology stack – services consultancy and selection in accordance with technical and quality requirements (scalability, performance, security, compliance). Support our QA Operational Practices. Drive eCommerce and Parts townwide quality automation projects. Integration, Acceptance, Performance, Security level testing platforms. Govern, train and evangelize good tests versus bad tests at each testing level. Drive best in class QA strategies. Our customers need to love what we do for them. Work across disciplines and with other Principal Engineers to evangelize for the needs of the Quality Automation discipline. Knowledge transfer, training, mentoring of QA practices across the engineering org. Focus on API and web automation. Applied Knowledge of SAP offerings (S4, Commerce Cloud (Hybris), etc.) is a plus. Expert level knowledge of testing strategy, test case definition, test planning and execution including test case tracking tools like Zephyr. Ability to distill, author and drive test both Web API automation strategies to drive down the feedback loop and increase quality reporting and control gates. Proven Experience of CI / CD processes and building quality controls into each step of the SDLC as a shift left evangelist. A driver of ITSM (ITIL v4) controls and processes to drive greater rigor into our change, knowledge, incident, problem and operational processes. Knowledge and use of Containerization technologies is a huge plus. Ability to understand and empathize with our customers, to drive testing strategies aligned to their needs, purposes and concerns. Inherent drive to move beyond functional testing into non-functional areas to ensure solution appropriateness and ability to meet desired outcomes across a number of critical dimensions and areas of concern. Knowledge of diagramming tools and methodologies (e.g. Miro, Diagrams.net, Figjam, Mermaid.JS etc.). Strong communication and presentation skills. Educated to Degree level in Computer Science or equivalent. Java, Selenium, API, Automation Framework, Agile, CI / CD & Git Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Java, and API testing frameworks. Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans. Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify issues and ensure quality. Continuously improve the automation framework and extend its capabilities. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to team members. Document test processes, results, and track issues in a clear and concise manner. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in automation testing with Selenium and Java. Strong understanding of API testing and RESTful services. Familiarity with software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills. Must Have Technical / Functional Skills : Java, Selenium, API Testing, RESTful Services, Test Automation Frameworks, Agile Methodologies, CI / CD Tools, Version Control (e.g., Git).
