In this role you will :
On an assigned OP, organizationally reporting to the Investment Owner / Delivery Manager wrt cost, contractor & communication (i.
e. CA-PPM dashboard) management.
Able to support either OP or Pool funded initiatives.
Executes an OP IO delegate / OP Proxy role which will assist in a multitude of project responsibilities.
On OP approval, supports the projects initial forecast in Smartstream based on business case approval & supporting forecast data (i.e. Deload).
Ensures contractor labour & other pertinent contracts are processed in concert with the technology hiring managers including monitoring for complete onboarding.
Ensures accurate time entry for all resources within the Deload.
Participates in monthly forecast meetings with the respective labs, PODs, Squads to ensure the forecast has accurate allocations.
Contributes to the baseline monthly Smartstream forecast prior to the commencement of the new month.
Ensures payments are made to the projects funding structure OP / Pool. If pool funded, ensures chargebacks to OP.
Participates in the publication of the monthly PPM dashboard.
Participates in the monthly finance update & variance reporting with finance (DPMO).
If applicable, other communication management deliverables (i.e. T&O dashboard, Strategic Portfolio Office -SPO template).
If a multi-year program, helps facilitate the Deload forecast population for the next fiscal years business case. Contributes to the first draft of business case tool with the technology costs.
Works with the Investment Owner / Delivery Manager, Product Owner et. al. until business case is approved.

5+ years of relevant work experience
