Business Development Representative (BDR)
What You’ll Do
Prospect and engage operations and maintenance leaders via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Make 75–100 outbound calls per day
Run discovery conversations and qualify opportunities
Generate pipeline and deliver high-quality meetings to AEs
Who You Are
Comfortable picking up the phone and creating opportunities from scratch
Competitive, coachable, and motivated by performance
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to move fast
Bonus
Cold calling or outbound sales experience
Startup or high-growth environment exposure
Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.
